A new murder every day
Murdox: murder mystery puzzle
Someone has been murdered. Every suspect was somewhere in the building — and only one of them was alone with the victim. Read the dossiers, put everyone in their place and name the killer.

Logic, not luck
How to solve a case
Murdox is part sudoku, part whodunit. Every case is a floor plan split into rooms — and a handful of suspects who all have something to hide.
Study the scene
Each case opens with an illustrated crime scene. Trust your gut and point at the killer — then prove it.
One per row and column
Place exactly one suspect in every row and every column of the floor plan, like a sudoku.
Follow the clues
“Grace stood next to the plant.” Tap an underlined word and the matching cells light up.
Unmask the killer
The killer is the only person who ended up alone in the same room as the victim.

Questions
Frequently asked
What kind of game is Murdox?
Murdox is a murder mystery logic puzzle — a mix of sudoku and a classic whodunit. You place suspects on a floor plan using their clues, and the person left alone with the victim is the killer.
Is Murdox free?
Yes. Murdox is free to download and play, with hundreds of free cases and a new case of the day. Optional purchases add hint packs, special seasons and remove ads.
Do I need to guess?
Never. Every case has exactly one solution that you can reach with pure logic. When you check a wrong answer, the game shows which clue doesn’t fit.
How is it different from sudoku?
The board is a building split into rooms with furniture. Instead of numbers you place people, and instead of fixed digits you get clues like “Luke was alone in the room” or “Violet stood next to the bed”.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — Murdox is available on iPhone and iPad today, and the Android version is in the works. Tap the Google Play button to let us know you’re waiting.
Does it work offline?
Yes. All season cases are built into the app. The case of the day downloads its illustration when you’re online and still works without a connection.
Ready to find the killer?
Free on the App Store. A new case is waiting for you today.
